We^ve added the historic Dos Pueblos Ranch and Doty Ranch properties to our program this year, while keeping Randy Baldwin^s  popular tour of his private gardens at San Marcos Growers.   Our new expert tour guides this year are City of Goleta Arborist Bill Millar and former City of Santa Barbara Arborist David Gress, who was also a past president of Goleta Valley Beautiful.    You can always go visit public places on your own with our self-guided Heritage Tree Tour GuideHeritageTreeTour link to your left, but we also visit private locations on the bus tour.    To make an advance reservation for one of the coveted 45 seats, call 683-0121. Goleta Valley Beautiful members get a $10 discount off the $45 bus tour cost.   A forest of Moreton Bay Fig Trees at the Dos Pueblos Ranch

Do I need a Treegator (Portable Tree Irrigator) and what do I do with it?  If your tree does not get regular water through an irrigation system, our volunteers have installed Treegators (portable tree irrigators) on most of the trees we have planted this past year and last.  Usually in June there are many overcast days, so Treegators only need to be filled once with 20 gallons of water via a garden hose every two weeks.     But for those of you who may find a green treegator bag around your tree and not know what to do,  or if your hose isn^t long enough, please leave a message at 683-0121 and we^ll get back to you with instructions, or visit   http://www.treegator.com/ on the web.

Order your Honor Tree for Father^s Day/Birthdays/Graduations/Remembrances You can give a gift of love that will last for generations with the gift of an Honor Tree for someone you love.  Honor trees come with a plaque naming the honored one, and a handsome certificate.  To order your tree, use the form on our website at the link Honor Tree to your left.
